This is my 4th pair of Ashley slides. They are so comfortable I have them in 4 different colors. I normally wear a size 8 shoe, sometimes a 8 1/2. In these I wear a size 40 EU, 8 1/2 - 9 US. I'm on my feet alot and I can wear these hours on end and still they are comfortable

I agree with the reviewer on buying one size larger. I am a size 8.5 and always wear a 39, but in this shoe the size 40 was perfect.

When I am working, I am on my feet for as long as 12 hours. Highly recommend this shoe. It has the extra arch support that I need. I can't wear Birkenstocks. Love the design and flexibility of the elastic around the foot.
